1008 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the platform. 1008. By registering for or using any service on this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms set out herein.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. All Malaysian users are encouraged to read this document in full before using the platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the platform 1008 available at 1008.ws, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use this platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a user and the operator of the 1008 platform. Continued use of the platform after any updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of those changes.
1008 may only be used by individuals who are 18 years of age or older and who are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under Malaysian law. Anyone below this minimum age is strictly prohibited from registering or using any of the platform's services.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the 1008 platform only. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, and valid contact details. Providing false or incomplete information may result in your account being suspended or closed without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. You are accountable for all activity that takes place under your account. Please contact the 1008 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
Users are prohibited from using the platform for any illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, or any purpose that violates Malaysian law. The use of automated software, bots, or any technical means to exploit the system is strictly forbidden and may result in legal action.
1008 is designed for users in Malaysia. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this platform is lawful in your location. The operator bears no liability if users access the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
3. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on 1008 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform accepts deposits via local payment methods including FPX and Touch 'n Go eWallet. You agree that all deposits made are entirely voluntary and are non-refundable on the grounds of a change of mind.
The following conditions apply to all transactions:
- Minimum deposit and maximum limits apply to each payment method and are subject to change in accordance with current platform policy.
- Withdrawals will be processed to the original payment method used for the deposit, subject to any identity verification that may be required.
- Bonus credits carry their own rollover requirements that must be met before the balance can be withdrawn as cash.
- The platform reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals for security review or compliance purposes where suspicious activity is detected.
- Any taxes or fees imposed by your bank or a third-party payment provider are your sole responsibility.

4. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Platform Liability Limits
1008 and its operators shall not be liable for any direct or indirect financial losses arising from the use of the platform, service interruptions, technical failures, or inaccuracies in displayed information. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, without any implied warranties of continuous availability or absolute accuracy.
1008's total liability to any user claim is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the incident in question.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 1008 platform — including logos, designs, text, images, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of the platform operator. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any content for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from 1008.
Third-Party Links & Services
1008 may integrate services from third-party providers such as payment processors and game suppliers. Use of those services is subject to the respective third party's terms and conditions. 1008 is not responsible for the actions, policies, or content of any third party involved in the delivery of its services.
5. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
1008 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, suspicious activity, or upon request from a competent authority. Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any outstanding bonus credit balance may be forfeited.
For any cash balance remaining in an account at the time of closure where no terms violation is involved, the user is entitled to request a withdrawal of that balance, subject to the necessary compliance checks. This process may take up to 14 business days.
Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the 1008 support team. Closure requests linked to a self-exclusion programme will be processed in accordance with the relevant policy. Responsible Gaming platform.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Right to Amend Terms
1008 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at the operator's absolute discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of 1008 shall be resolved through the appropriate courts in Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts for any such dispute.
